French dream pop

Thanks "the deXter Bentley Hello GoodBye" on Resonance 104.4 FM for introducing the French duo Schaatz to the world. They made their live debut on the show in May and the world now lays open for them. They played a few gigs in the springtime and then started up their MySpace and shortly after that they were invited to the radio show.

Some of their songs, especially "Terminus" and "Barbara Lisa Chloe" just add a rotation on Viva Radio NY. They also play live on a French Web TV Show called "Telekim" the 9th of September. Besides this Schaatz are also working on a lot of remixes and making the music for a short film – a horror movie!

They tell us that they are influenced by Tangerine Dream, Giorgio Moroder, Jean Michel Jarre, John Maus and girls...
